Franca Sozzani Barbie nesillerdir stil ikonu oldugundan Barbie’ye ozel bir dergi eki cikardiklarini dile getirdi. Dergide siyah Barbie tasarimci gece elbiselerinden, carpici mayolara kadar bir cok farkli sekilde karsimiza cikiyor. Barbie ayni zamandan gelecek sene yeni So In Style adini verdikleri siyah bebekleri satisa cikarmaya hazirlaniyor. Yeni bebekler dolgun dudaklari, genis burunlari, belirgin elmacik kemikleri ile oldukca otantik gorunecekler.
Barbie keeps celebrating her 50th birthday.In July 2008, Franca Sozzani, editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia, conceived the first Black Issue, starring all black models. It was Vogue Italia’s most iconic edition. Barbie scored a starring role in Vogue Italia's the Black Issue in July 2009, as the magazine styles the iconic doll in a collector's supplement.
"Barbie has been an icon for whole generations, which is why I really wanted to give a strong sign in step with the times, and dedicate the anniversary issue to Black Barbie," said Franca Sozzani, editor in chief of Vogue Italia The supplement issue will feature Black Barbie styled in an array of designer creations ranging from fancy evening gowns to bedazzled swimsuits. The brand will also be launching a new collection of black Barbie dolls next year, named the So In Style dolls, designed to look more authentic with fuller lips, a wider nose, curly hair, and distinctive cheek bones.
